You will act as product expert, process payments, answer account questions, and help applicants complete CLUB registrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree is a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Ability to operate in a retail environment and meet metrics.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB benefits and activate new members.
• Process payments, handle accounts, and process applications.
• Demonstrate products and highlight current promotions.
• Keep CLUB Booth tidy and inventory accurate.
• Provide feedback and reports daily.
• Assist other store areas as needed.
• Support peer coaching and CLUB advocacy.
