Responsibilities

• Keeps kitchen walk-in coolers and storage areas clean.
• Stocking and rotating inventory; ensure invoices are accurate.
• Prepare menu items per standards and specifications.
• Promote warmth, friendliness, and pride with guests and staff.
• Represent the club professionally to guests and staff.
• Operate the kitchen safely at all times.
• Perform additional duties as needed by supervisor.
