Responsibilities

• Maintain quality of products served.
• Assist with set-up and prep for all food outlets.
• Follow standardized recipes and portions.
• Conduct monthly inventory with Chef/Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure equipment is properly used and maintained.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation of prep and storage areas.
• Support with product receiving and storage.
• Comply with health regulations.
• Support other duties as needed.
