Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate, and helpful Part-Time CLS and Respite Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 care in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities, and help clients engage with the community to strengthen personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on compassionate care and community-based support in a thriving team environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct care to recipients in clients' homes.
• Support skill-building activities and encourage independence.
