Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Part-Time CLS and Respite Direct Care Worker to work 1:1 with our recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and help clients grow personal goals outside the home.

You will also bring recipients into the community to enhance social engagement, coordinating with caregivers and the care team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and community outings.
• Support recipients and caregivers to achieve personal goals.
