Clarvida is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor in Bakersfield, CA to oversee clinical staff, deliver individual and group therapy, and coordinate with leadership on program performance. The role emphasizes compliance, staff support, and effective treatment planning while maintaining documentation standards.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure eligibility with at least five years in mental health care and two years post-licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in relevant field.
• Licensed as LCSW, MFT, or Clinical Psychologist eligible for independent practice.
• Minimum five years in mental health care with at least two years post-licensure.
• Experience in clinical supervision, case management, and group leadership.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation philosophy and mental health best practices.
• Familiarity with Short Doyle and First Aid Certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical services within the clinic.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and staff development.
• Coordinate with leadership on program performance and needs.
• Direct client care including individual, family, and group therapy and discharge planning.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain documentation standards.
• Audit client charts and support budgeting and program planning.
