Job summary

Clarvida in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff and services at a designated site, ensuring high-quality mental health treatment that promotes client independence and family empowerment.

You will lead individual, family, and group therapy, ensure HIPAA compliance, supervise staff, and coordinate with medical and nursing teams while handling administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field (or PhD/PsyD in Psychology).
• Licensed as LCSW, MFT, or Clinical Psychologist eligible for independent practice (2+ years preferred).
• Minimum five years of mental health care experience (inpatient/outpatient) with at least two years post-licensure.
• Experience in supervision, case management, and group leadership.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation philosophy and mental health best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical services within the clinic.
• Consult regularly with leadership to provide updates on program performance and needs.
• Facilitate staff meetings to ensure communication, alignment, and effective treatment planning.
• Provide direct client care including individual, family, and group therapy, discharge planning, and coordination with referral sources.
• Coordinate with external clinicians, medical director, and nursing staff regarding treatment and medication evaluations.
• Complete and submit required reports, including Quality Assurance documentation.
