Job summary

Actalent in McKinney, TX is seeking a Part Time Clinical Research Coordinator to support a chronic rhinosinusitis trial. This onsite role is about 20 hours per week and based in McKinney, TX.

You will identify and recruit eligible participants, educate them about the study, and help ensure engagement and protocol compliance. The position requires strong clinical research experience, excellent organization, and the ability to communicate confidently with participants and research staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• 2+ years of experience in patient recruitment.
• 2+ years of experience with EMR.
• Training in HIPAA & Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Review EMR to assess eligibility.
• Pre-screen potential participants.
• Recruit and enroll participants per protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Educate participants about the study, procedures, and follow-up.
