• Analytical skills to assess protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Willingness to learn new software/tools quickly.
• Knowledge of clinical research concepts, policies, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with IRBs and research committees.
• Strong verbal/written communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Flexibility to accommodate research deadlines and travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Support nationally funded clinical trials focusing on acute sinusitis and asthma.
• Recruit and enroll patients, coordinate studies, and manage data.
• Collaborate with clinics and provide regulatory support across projects.
• Utilize REDCap for data capture and management.
• Travel between clinic sites in the Santa Monica, Westwood, Marina del Rey, and Culver City areas as needed.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations.
