Job summary

Medix™ is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join our Mesquite, TX team onsite. The role focuses on end-to-end clinical trial management, patient recruitment, and conducting visits per protocol in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have full-cycle coordination experience, familiarity with GCP, and exposure to multiple therapeutic areas, including vaccines and cardiovascular research. On-site position with immediate start date.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, vaccines and cardiovascular preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and operations.
• Experience with full-cycle study coordination.
• Familiarity with CRIO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trials from start to finish, including patient recruitment and enrollment.
• Conduct study visits, including labs, vitals, and protocol-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely eSource documentation.
• Perform query resolution and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate and support sponsor and CRO monitor visits.
