Role Overview

Join a dedicated pharmacy team as a full-time Unit-Based Clinical Pharmacist in a behavioral health setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy, ensure accurate dispensing, and promote safe medication use. Supervise supportive personnel, evaluate medication orders, and provide counseling and education to patients. Participate in departmental meetings and committees, and serve as a medication therapy resource for staff training, drug information, and care transitions.
