Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to support outpatient infusion services across oncology and other infusion centers at a hospital. You will verify, prepare, dispense, and document medications while collaborating with clinical teams to optimize workflow and reduce delays.

This PRN Clinical Pharmacist supports outpatient infusion services at a hospital's oncology, non-oncology, and multiple sclerosis infusion centers. Responsibilities include verifying, preparing, dispensing, and documenting medications, collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize workflow, reduce treatment delays, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; Doctorate preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience; 2-5 years preferred
• Licenses: MO Medication Therapy Services, RPh
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to evaluate medication orders and manage workflow effectively
