Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and non-nursing staff supervision across the hospital.
• Ensure high-quality, safe patient care in line with policies and Nursing Practice Act.
• Collaborate with the Administrator-On-Call and other leaders during emergencies.
• Monitor patient safety goals and nursing-sensitive indicators.
