Qualifications

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership/supervision experience.
• Education: Associate’s degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and non-nursing staff to ensure safe patient care.
• Make critical decisions in nursing practice per established policies.
• Collaborate with the Administrator-On-Call in emergencies and coordinate resources.
• Promote patient safety goals and PCS initiatives in daily operations.
