Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to support nutrition services. This role covers 24 hours per week with day shifts and will rotate between Grant Medical Center and Pickerington Methodist Hospital.

Eligible for full benefits and mileage reimbursement. The incumbent will provide evidence-based nutrition care, assess nutrition risk, and develop feeding regimes as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• RD credential required within 6 months of hire.
• 2+ years in acute care setting preferred; limited permit allowed if RD credential not yet obtained.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessment and plan care.
• Provide nutrition counseling to patients and families.
• Coordinate nutrition therapy with physicians and other health care professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planning.
• Educate and train team members and students.
• Document thoroughly in electronic medical records.
