Job summary

Mesa View Mesquite Clinic Mgmt is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Mesquite, NV clinic. The CSR will handle phone reception, schedule patients, assist with procedures, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and maintain an organized front desk to create a friendly environment.

Responsibilities include daily processing of Super Bills, coding of procedures, end-of-day billing reports, and general office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of receptionist experience is required; medical experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have good typing skills.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and schedule patients' appointments and procedures.
• Schedule surgical procedures and obtain prior authorizations.
• Manage the reception area in an organized fashion.
• Accept and collect co-pays and balances; handle cash receivables.
• Obtain and verify insurance information; perform insurance verification.
• Fax and photocopy various documents; assist with general office duties.
