Responsibilities

• Prepare patient records and navigate EMR systems for physician review.
• Interview patients to collect medical history and reconcile medications.
• Obtain vital signs including BP, HR, respiratory rate, and temperature.
• Assist physician in educating patients about ENT health and prevention.
• Answer calls and assist with patient scheduling and referrals as needed.
• Coordinate care across the health care continuum and follow up on referrals.
• Communicate with RNs and providers to ensure safe patient care.
• Perform testing and specimen collection as ordered by the provider.
