Job summary

Griswold Home Care for Greater Newport Beach is seeking a dependable, organized individual to join our growing office. This unique role combines office administration, caregiver recruiting, client services, and occasional hands-on caregiving.

Most hours will support office operations, recruiting, scheduling, and client services, with flexibility to assist with direct client care when needed. This position averages approximately 30 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Previous home care agency experience is highly desirable.
• Caregiving experience strongly preferred.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to meet applicable caregiver employment and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day office and administrative responsibilities
• Enter and maintain accurate information in our home care CRM
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and staffing
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and caregivers
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and caregivers
• Help coordinate caregiver introductions and new client starts
• Participate in occasional client visits and field activities
• Maintain accurate and organized client and caregiver records
• Provide general support to the Operations Manager
