Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow. Use a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and collaboration with team members to help clients meet financial goals.
