Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by actively listening and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
