Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalency required
• College degree preferred
• Industry experience is a plus
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS), Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional writing, interpersonal and client service skills
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Goal oriented, self-motivated and results driven

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication
• Onboard and maintain client accounts and process information
• Review and act on client account alerts
• Partner with Financial Advisors to develop and deliver client service models
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events
• Engage in training and firm initiatives
• Perform administrative duties for Financial Advisors (travel, calendar, expenses)
• Proactively participate in firm initiatives
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to share resources
