Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and by handling client requests and inquiries.
• Identify and promote Morgan Stanley services and digital offerings to meet client needs.
• Verify and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect information and process transactions.
• Review client alerts and take appropriate action.
