Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collecting information and documentation.
• Identify and assist with services and solutions including online and digital offerings.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Support Financial Advisors in developing a client service model and events.
• Perform administrative duties: calls, travel, meetings, reports, calendar management.
• Stay current on firm policies, procedures and new platforms.
