Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions at client/FA/PWA request.
• Answer general non-investment questions about accounts and balances.
• Enter profile information and prep account documents as directed.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to business plans and client service models.
• Stay current on policies, procedures and new platforms.
• Participate in training programs, projects and other duties from management.
