Job summary

National Seating & Mobility in Chattanooga, TN seeks a part-time Centralized Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound calls, respond to questions with professionalism and empathy, and support callers with NSM processes and training materials.

You will coordinate with branch staff, document information, and help schedule orders, deliveries, and repairs while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• Strong phone handling and data entry skills are expected.
• Ability to follow NSM processes and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and manages requests and inquiries professionally.
• Communicates with clients, clinicians and caregivers to provide status on orders.
• Performs necessary data entry and files documents and folders.
• Coordinates with branch staff and clients to schedule deliveries and repairs.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
