Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity (volunteering, education, military accepted).
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Complete Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and educate customers on TD products and services.
• Provide end-to-end advice and proactive insights to build customer relationships.
• Engage customers to promote TD products and refer to specialists as needed.
• Support the customer experience on teller line and online banking platforms.
