Job summary

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years in teller/client service, and 6 months in client relationship building or sales. Weekend hours and possible travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient PC/keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Weekend/extended hours availability with possible travel or overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions and online banking.
• Support sales through client outreach and referrals to specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in retail leadership routines and trainings.
• Maintain internal controls and risk management compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
