Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new ones, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank procedures.
