Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in delivering client service in a retail/financial setting is preferred.
• Ability to learn and explain banking products and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with account servicing, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on using Chase mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs for day-to-day transactions.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team.
• Handle branch operations tasks and cash devices while following bank procedures.
