Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and assisting with lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on daily banking and digital tools such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
