Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by handling account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts per policy.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with policies.
