Job summary

You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on mobile/teller solutions, and collaborate with branch teammates to provide seamless, compliant service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to greet clients and provide attentive service.
• Ability to explain banking solutions and partner with team.
• Familiarity with mobile/online banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
