• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM management in line with bank policies.
