Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and support branch operations in a fast-paced environment. You will greet clients, assist with account servicing and openings, and guide customers through digital banking tools while maintaining strict compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking in both English and Mandarin is required.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients; manage lobby traffic using a tablet and scheduling.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to policies.
