Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor in Smithfield, NC. You will keep assigned areas clean and follow the location-wide scope of work, covering shifts as needed. The role requires basic cleaning knowledge and good communication to coordinate with management.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building.
