Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for 1st shift to perform a range of custodial duties in our facilities. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain bathrooms, with supervision from the Custodial Manager or Supervisor to ensure standard cleanliness.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and efficient work with cleaning tools and equipment. No prior experience required; candidate must work well in a team and meet daily cleanliness expectations.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Use a portable vacuum cleaner—back pack style.
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines including attachments.
• Vacuum offices and public areas; spot clean rugs; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass at entrance doors and windows.
• Restock bathroom supplies and monitor for maintenance issues.
