• Research delinquent accounts and prepare action letters for equity proceedings.
• Coordinate with collection attorneys and track payments and property outcomes.
• Process liens, garnishments, and DMV stops as needed.
• Assist with end-of-month reporting and debt set-off processes.
• Assist with payment agreements and bankruptcy accounts.
