Located at Natick Mall at 1245 Worcester St, this role requires at least 1 year in retail and strong interpersonal skills. You will train associates, support merchandising, and help maintain food safety and store operations with flexibility.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling.
• Passion for chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience on the sales floor.
• Lead in-store tasks and help train/store team.
• Ensure movement on the sales floor flows.
• Assist with merchandising and food safety protocols.
• Support achieving sales objectives and store standards.
• Participate in team meetings and other duties.
