Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support the in-house team.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals.
• Lead in-store tasks during each shift and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure movement on the sales floor flows smoothly.
• Help ensure product merchandising is accurate.
• Lead follow-through of all food safety protocols.
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention.
• Participate in team meetings and other role-related duties.
