Are you looking to start a career in healthcare? Our busy, hands-on chiropractic clinic is seeking a reliable, outgoing, and high-energy professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn both the clinical and administrative sides of a medical practice from the ground up.

This position begins with an introductory period to ensure a great fit, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent part-time role for a candidate who proves they are capable, efficient, and ready to grow.

Job Type: Part-time

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 7 PM

education: High School

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the schedule in Jane EHR, checking patients in/out, and making proactive follow-up calls to patients and other providers.
• Verifying coverage, explaining patient responsibilities (copays/deductibles), and working with our billing team to provide information for claim disputes.
• Collecting payments and maintaining patient ledgers.

Schedule & Hours

Clinic office hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional marketing events (5Ks, health fairs, etc.):

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM & 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
