Special Kids Inc in Murfreesboro, Tennessee is seeking a Part-time Children Activity Leader to organize and direct recreational activities for children in the Skilled Nursing program and support patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

You will work with nurses and therapists to provide compassionate care, lead group Bible study, help with transfers and personal care, and maintain a safe, engaging environment that respects each child’s needs and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood, child development, or related field preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred; work experience in similar environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design and implement recreational activities for patients in the Skilled Nursing program.
• Plan and implement structured group & Bible activities for patients.
• Support patients with behavioral, social, and developmental needs.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and personal care as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and administrators on patient care and activities.

Formation
