Job summary

Community Horizons in Kaukauna, WI is seeking a caring caregiver to provide after-school and weekend support for children and adults with complex needs. Duties include meal and snack preparation, 1:1 supervision, transportation, and emotional support in a home-based setting.

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a Wisconsin background check are required; experience with mental health, developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, or related conditions is preferred.

• Light housekeeping related to the child or residents.

Location:

- Kaukauna, WI

Family hours needed:

- 2:45 PM – 7:00 PM

- Monday-Friday (Flexible, no set schedule)

- Weekend Care

Summer Hours:

- Monday-Friday (Flexible, no set schedule)

- Weekend Care

Pay:

- $17.97/Hour

- Mileage pay offered

Tasks:
