Job summary

UMPQUA WONDERS ACADEMY LLC is seeking a Part-Time Floater Aide to provide flexible classroom and program support across infant, toddler, and preschool settings. You will assist teachers, lead teachers, and administration while ensuring safe, engaging, and well-functioning classrooms.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in all classrooms, able to follow directions, work independently, and maintain active supervision of children throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working in all classrooms and adaptable to changing needs.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Observant and capable of completing routine classroom tasks without constant direction.
• Able to provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschool children.
• Maintain active supervision of children at all times.
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers and Administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Teachers, Lead Teachers, and Administration with assigned classroom tasks.
• Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschool children.
• Follow directions, classroom routines, program policies, and Lead Teacher expectations.
• Work independently on routine responsibilities without requiring continuous direction.
• Maintain active supervision of children at all times.
• Help prepare, organize, and clean up classroom materials and activities.
