UMPQUA WONDERS ACADEMY LLC is seeking a Part-Time Floater Aide to provide flexible classroom and program support across infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will assist teachers and administration to maintain safe, engaging, and well-run classrooms.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, able to follow directions, work independently on routine tasks, and actively supervise children at all times. This role offers a flexible schedule based on program needs and staff coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in all classrooms and adapt to changing program needs.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently on routine tasks.
• Strong supervision and safety awareness with young children.
• Experience with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Teachers, Lead Teachers, and Administration with assigned tasks.
• Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Follow classroom routines, policies, and Lead Teacher expectations.
• Maintain active supervision of children at all times.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, handwashing, meals, naps, and other care routines.
• Help prepare, organize, and clean up classroom materials and activities.
• Complete routine cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.
