Qualifications

• CHHA certification required by California regulations.
• Able to read, understand, and follow written care instructions; document services accurately.
• Current CPR certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, hygiene, hair and nail care).
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and dressing.
• Assist with elimination, linen changes, range of motion, and light meal prep.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the patient.
