Physicians Choice Home Health is recruiting for a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our Home Healthcare Team. This is a part time role with the potential to grow into full time, providing quality home health visits to our patients in the comfort of their home.

You will be joining a team of compassionate and dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients.

Formación

• Current California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification, in compliance with applicable federal and state requirements.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written care instructions and accurately document services provided.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes.
• Experience in Home Healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Bathing and Hygiene, Hair and Nail Care.
• Assist with Ambulation and Transfers, Dressing.
• Assist with elimination, Linen Change.
• Range of Motion, Light Meal Preparation.
• Light housekeeping pertaining to the patient/client.
• Reporting on the patient’s condition and sig nificant changes to the assigned nurse.
• Adhering to documentation and care procedures and standards of conduct.
• Travel to patients’ homes to provide care.
• Operate within California CHHA requirements and company guidelines.
