Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Two years of coaching organized dance and choreography is preferred.
• Strong organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to multi-task and be a part of a fast-paced demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with supervision and coaching of intercollegiate competitive cheer.
• Support development, recruitment, retention, and day-to-day operations of the program.
• Coordinate with equipment, facility needs, and collaboration with the athletic training team.
