Marketplace Chaplains in Sonoma, CA, is seeking part-time chaplains to serve employees and their families. The role involves visiting worksites weekly, providing spiritual support, counseling, and referral services within a Christian ministry framework.

You will engage with diverse staff, coordinate with client companies, and participate in orientation and bereavement support. Must maintain professional conduct and adhere to program guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Makes brief visits to company worksites weekly.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions.
• Offer grief support and referrals.
• Assist with funerals planning or attendance.
• Provide life support and spiritual enrichment activities.
• Notify families about death or injuries.
• Support post-termination care if needed.
• Represent chaplain services to clients.
• Participate in new employee orientation.
