Education Level: 4 Year Degree

Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

In this role, you will plan and deliver daily lesson plans, provide individualized assistance to students, and regularly communicate about student progress as needed. You will also monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports.

Position entails a weekly commitment of either 20 or 25 hours, Monday‑Friday, in the afternoons ending at 7:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution
• CT state teaching license
• Comfortable working with K-12 students
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
• Reliable transportation
