Job summary

Ei Us is seeking a passionate teacher to join our team in Concord, MA for the 2026-27 school year. This part-time role focuses on providing academic support to adolescent patients in behavioral health facilities, within a small classroom setting (8–15 students).

You will plan daily lessons, offer individualized assistance, track progress, and adapt strategies to promote reintegration into the classroom. The position runs 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with half-day afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Massachusetts state teaching license (required).
• Comfortable working with adolescent-aged students.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs.
• Reliable transportation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative teacher to join our team in Concord, MA on a part‑time basis for the 2026-27 school year. This role involves working in fast‑paced behavioral health facilities, providing academic support to adolescent school‑age patients in a small classroom setting (class sizes range from 8 to 15 students). The work supports students during treatment and helps them reintegrate successfully into the classroom.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lesson plans.
• Provide individualized assistance to students.
• Communicate student progress as needed.
• Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success.
• Maintain accurate attendance and session reports.

Work Hours

20‑hour a week commitment, Monday‑Friday, 1:30pm–5:30pm or 1–5pm.
